Armadillo Wednesday

Armadillo Wednesday is a monthly songwriter showcase at The Countrypolitan, hosted by Austin, Texas songwriter Jonathan Terrell.

On the first Wednesday of every month from 7–9 PM, Jonathan welcomes two guest musicians for an intimate night of original music. The format is simple: three writers, a few guitars, and the stories behind the songs as they take turns sharing the music they’ve written.

This isn’t your typical Nashville writers round. Armadillo Wednesday leans into the free-spirited energy of the outlaw era, where great songs, strong drinks, and a room full of music lovers make for the kind of night Nashville was built on.
