Join us every Thursday in May at The Countrypolitan for an afternoon dedicated to good whiskey, easy conversation, and a little bit of discovery. Each month, we partner with a featured distillery to pour something worth talking about.

This May, we’re welcoming Company Distilling behind the bar. Expect specialty cocktails, featured pours, and a chance to get to know the people and process behind the bottle, from grain to glass.

Whether you’re a longtime whiskey drinker or just starting to find your flavor, Amber Hour is your excuse to slow down, sip something new, and learn a thing or two along the way.
