Rooted in Nashville and inspired by the bounty of Middle Tennessee, Field to Fork: Chef’s Table is a weekly dining experience that celebrates Southern flavors with a seasonal twist.
Beginning July 4th, 2025, every Friday, Executive Chef Michael Bressler curates a surprise 5-course menu based on what’s fresh and local — from heirloom vegetables to heritage meats. Every course is paced naturally by the rhythm of the kitchen and paired with hand-crafted cocktails (or mocktails upon request).
Enjoy a cozy, chef-led experience unlike any other, where no two nights are ever the same.​​
